Death Navigation with Kae
Navigating Death, Rediscovering Self
Death changes more than the person who passes—it transforms everyone around them. Whether you’re preparing for a death, living through it, or learning who you are after, the world can feel disorienting. Your roles shift. Your inner compass stutters. Even your own reflection might feel unfamiliar.
You are not alone in this.
As a Death Navigator, I offer a calm, knowledgeable presence to help you understand what’s happening, what’s normal, and what’s next. My work is about helping you make meaning—not only from loss, but from life as it continues.
What I Offer
Whether you’re an individual navigating anticipatory grief, a family preparing for a loved one’s final days, or someone feeling lost in the aftershock of loss, I offer support grounded in experience, empathy, and education.
1:1 Sessions
Private conversations where we explore your story, your questions, and your emotional landscape. These sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you need clarity, comfort, or simply a place to be heard without judgment.
Group & Family Sessions
Grief rarely affects just one person. These sessions bring families or loved ones together to talk openly, learn what to expect, and begin building new ways of supporting each other through the journey.
Learning Series (Coming Soon)
A guided series of self-paced resources, practical tools, and gentle reflections designed to help you understand the dying process and the identity shifts that follow. This will be an accessible way to deepen your understanding on your own time, with support always available when you’re read
Why This Matters
Traditional healthcare focuses on symptoms, rarely addressing how illness, stress, or shifting roles can erode your sense of self. Left unspoken, this loss of identity often turns into shame, isolation, or the belief that you’re somehow broken.
I believe you are not broken. My goal is to help you rebuild clarity and self-trust, even in the face of uncertainty — so you can move forward with a renewed connection to who you are.
What Makes This Different
Clinically grounded
With over a decade of nursing experience across both allopathic and naturopathic settings, I can hold conversations about the physical realities of death with clarity and calm. I’m here to help you understand what’s happening to the body, without fear or confusion.
Narrative-informed
This isn’t just about dying—it’s about identity. We focus on your evolving story, especially when it feels like everything has changed. Together, we’ll shift the narrative from “lost” or “broken” to “integrated” and “whole.”
Rooted in respect
There are no expectations here. This is not about fixing or pushing or even healing on a schedule. It’s about honouring your journey, restoring your sense of self, and redefining wholeness in your own terms.
