Mentors
Kae Geurts, LPN, BHS
I’m drawn to the quiet spaces where life changes—where death arrives, and who we thought we were begins to shift. My work as a Death Navigator is rooted in lived experience, clinical training, and a deep respect for the stories we carry. I support those facing loss—before, during, and after—offering a calm, steady presence and space to ask the questions that don’t have easy answers. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need someone willing to walk beside you.
Michelle Rose, LPN
I understand how life’s deepest wounds and silent battles can shape not just our feelings, but our very sense of self. With over two decades as a nurse in pediatrics, mental health, and chronic illness, I’ve stood beside people confronting some of life’s hardest truths, while also carrying my own history of abandonment, loss, and living with Lupus. This blend of clinical expertise and personal experience fuels my passion for supporting those facing struggles often left unspoken—whether tied to mood disorders, trauma patterns, or unpredictable autoimmune flares. In my work, we weave together evidence-based care and heartfelt attunement to create space for honesty, resilience, and growth. You are not broken—you are becoming, and you deserve the same compassion you’ve so generously given to others.
