Michelle Rose, LPN

I know how life’s deepest wounds and the quiet battles we carry can shape not only how we feel, but who we believe ourselves to be.

For over two decades as a nurse—spanning pediatrics, mental health, chronic illness, and case management—I’ve stood alongside people navigating some of the hardest truths of being human. From the innocence of children in care to adults living with the heavy layering of mood disorders, autoimmune disease, and trauma responses, I’ve witnessed how our minds and bodies hold stories that are often too tender to voice.

But my understanding isn’t just professional—it’s profoundly personal. I grew up in the shadows of abandonment, betrayal, and loss, moving through foster care into young adulthood, carrying wounds that once dictated how I showed up in every relationship and how I saw myself. Living with Lupus has further shown me how powerfully our minds imprint upon our bodies, and how unresolved pain can shape our very cells.

It’s why I’m so passionate about supporting individuals facing the kinds of struggles that rarely get spoken aloud—the emotional spirals beneath borderline personality disorder, depression, or anxiety; the trauma-bonded patterns tied to narcissistic abuse; the unpredictable flares of lupus, Crohn’s, or ulcerative colitis that change how a person inhabits their own life.

My work blends the structure of clinical care with the compassion of lived experience. I bring evidence-based tools for nervous system regulation and symptom support, balanced with deep attunement to the human story beneath the diagnosis. Together, we create space for honesty, resilience, and the possibility of becoming—on your own terms.

Because you are not broken. You are in process. And you deserve to be met with the same tenderness you’ve spent a lifetime giving to everyone else.
